In this lesson’s video, we will prepare our Pixel phone to allow us to perform the CalyxOS installation. We will need to activate the following options on our Pixel phone with the original Android Operating System:

Enable Developer Options

Settings… About Phone… tap Build number 7 times

Enable USB debugging

Settings… System… Advanced… Developer Options… USB Debugging

Enable OEM unlocking

Settings… System… Advanced… Developer Options… OEM Unlocking (This step might fail without Internet connection, connect to a secure WiFi network and try again
