What’s the ‘generic image’?

Hi,

I’ve installed Authy on my iPhone, opened Bitwarden to turn on 2FA, but I’m stuck when there is no appearance of My Account and I don’t know what the ‘generic image’ in the instructions looks like as I limp along with all these technicalities. All I see is All Items, Favorites, Trash, Types, Login, Card, Identity, Secure Note, Folders, No Folder down the left side. There’s a picture of a computer screen with a magnifying glass and below it reads There are no items to list. Add item. I’m lost! A picture would be helpful!
