How to start and is it a video to watch or just read

Dear Glen,
I first signed up for this class back in 2018 and I just recently bought the lifetime membership since I was not able to do it at that time and I’m struggling at this time as I just lost my home in hurricane Ian. Thought this would help but hard to concentrate when I sign in it goes back to 2018 it shows in progress and 0% completed and I am completely confused as to whether or not there are videos to start watching simply read the text or what to do at this point, overwhelmed and haven’t even hit go !!! Thanks. Chris
