Will clamping down on our online visibility and improving our security do much to rectify the piles of information big-tech already has on us? It almost seems futile since they’ve been doing this for so long. I’m sure I’m already in some “conspiracy theorist” “domestic terrorist” file with the FBI!
I’ve had this same thought — what’s already out there is there to stay or will be archived somewhere, even if the internet implodes, so do these actions really help. Still, it’s appealing to not add any more to what’s already there.
