I am also interested in this, I use Mullvad VPN it seems like many of the IPs are blacklisted. I can get by with some of them by choosing a sweedish VPN (which is dumb, I live in the US I should be able to use a US VPN), but it doesn’t always work and I end up disabling VPN do to a certain task.
