Not sure what you mean by “bank device.” If your device provides your entire one-time password, then you can’t use a password manager to enter it at login.
The device we have is a key-fob type device that generates a one-time use, six-digit code. That code that is entered at the end of our login password. We use a password manager to enter our ID and partial password, then the complete the password by entering the device-generated code.
