Currently, Brave does not allow for you to directly import bookmarks from Chrome to the Brave Mobile Browser. It isn’t impossible, but there are a few extra steps that you will need to take in order to successfully sync your bookmarks to the Brave Mobile App. Here is how to do it:
Step 1: If you haven’t already, you will need to export your Google Chrome bookmarks. To do this, follow this step-by-step guide before moving onto the next step: https://www.howtogeek.com/744989/how-to-export-chrome-bookmarks/
Step 2: Once the bookmarks have been exported onto your computer, open up the Desktop version of Brave and locate “Settings” on the bottom right-hand corner.

Step 3: Inside the settings menu, look for “Getting started” on the left-hand side. Once you have found this menu, you should then see the option to “Import bookmarks and settings”.

Step 4: Brave will now ask you to choose an HTML file. This will be the file you got from Step 1.

Once you have completed this step, your bookmarks from Chrome should now appear at the top of your Brave browser like in Chrome.
Step 5: Now that you have imported the bookmarks into your Brave browser, you will then want to navigate down to the “Sync” menu in your settings.

Here you will select the “Start a new sync chain” option.
Next, it will have you select a device type. (Choose the phone/tablet option). From here you can either use the “QR code”, or you can select “View sync code”.
Step 6: Now open up your phone and go to your Brave Mobile App, and then navigate to your settings.

Now locate the “Sync” option.

Step 7: Select “I have a Sync Code”

Once your phone camera turns on, you will then want to scan the QR code that you were given in Step 5.
After the QR code links your desktop and your phone, your bookmarks should now show up in the Brave Mobile App. And just like that, you’re done!
