You can, but you will not be able to install the browser’s extension. As there are no versions compatible with any mobile browsers.
You need to install Bitwarden’s app. Go to the App Store, or Play Store in Android, look for “Bitwarden Password Manager” and install it. Validate using the same credentials you used when signing in.
